A massive thank you to Dave for all his help, patience and knowledgeable feedback over the past months this year. After 10+ years of putting the driving off and building up (somewhat) a fear to get behind the wheel after all this time, I’ve been at ease from the very first day with Dave right up until the last today.
I still remember our first session together back in April and how nervous I was at the beginning, but after the first 2 hours I was ready for more. It’s a little shame to end things as he’s been great company throughout our travels and I’ll miss his rants & raves together but after many hours, weeks & months I can happily say I’ve passed today and first time too. Technically with only 2 minors but to be honest it should have been a clean sheet. I’ll argue about that to myself over the coming days.. Bloody cyclists… (and so it begins… haha).
I highly recommend Dave no matter what age you are. He’ll always have time for you and if you’re willing to learn & get stuck it, you’ll pass in no time. I do highly suggest spending more time behind the wheel just to keep gaining more driving experience. I see many people comment how they passed their test (some first time) after just 5-10 hours of lessons. While that’s great, it’s always better to gain more & more experience on the (mostly) busy roads and especially during peak times with someone like Dave sitting next to you with his wealth of experience guiding you every step of the way. Truth be told, I may have passed today with a more or less perfect test, but I still have certain areas I still need to work on. Dave knows!
My heart is racing thinking about going out there on my own now for the very first time but I know the skills I’ve gained and the techniques Dave has taught me since the beginning will stand me in good stead as I set out. Golden rule; don’t trust anyone (and watch out for idiots)!
Nethertheless, I’m very happy today and I’ll be sticking with Dave for the next driving chapter. Plus Pass.

Dave. I'm using my girlfriends account as I am not on Facebook but you have been absolutely amazing. If you want to pass your driving test and go in to your test with full confidence you need to go to the best and that is dave. Dave is a fantastic driving instructor really good value off money I passed my test within 10 lessons off Dave he tells you as it is when your ready to take your test he will tell you if your not ready he will tell you your not ready straight up guy he's flexible with his hours he's never let me down or be late he's really easy to get on with exactly what you would want in a driving instructor he goes that extra mile for you and I would defiantly recommend him to someone who was learning good value of money for top class driving..
