After my partner and myself (tenant ID 377003) used Access Self Storage in Bracknell, we were told that we have to pay a full months rent up front per month, and any unused days are subsequently refunded. As agreed, we paid the full month up front, and moved out a few days later. We were told a refund would be processed in 10 working days. However, after many phone calls and now A FULL MONTH later, no refund has been issued. Today, I was told basically "We know it's your money, we've done all we can, you just need to wait." Now I have to raise a small claims court case in order to get my money back. I would avoid this company, or make sure you move out exactly on a month, because they will steal the rest of your money. I honestly can not thank David and Serena enough for how amazing both were to us. I communicated with David via instagram, David used to replay within seconds no mater what time of the day I message. everything was answered by yes we will do this for you. Literally discussed my big day and booked within hours because the answer was there within seconds for everything I wanted. I seriously came to a point that I thought Davids account was fake from how simple and quick everything was.On our big day we had Serena over who was an absolute angle. Serena’s presence was so sweet and quite while literally every single second was captured. Serena was like one of my bridesmaids helping me with everything guiding the poses and whenever something important is happening I see serena there capturing without us even guiding her as it was a different culture/ different language but I was amazed how she was there for everything.Once again I cant thank you guys enough and I look forward to seeing my pictures. My fiance and I recently were engaged in London, and it was the greatest experience! I am from the U.S. and had a trip, which I was planning to end with the proposal. I found David online, and he quickly calmed any fears or uncertainties about the whole process. He even helped me find a location and gave specific details on how to arrive including pictures and screenshots.We set up a FaceTime call 2 weeks prior, where David answered all my questions (they were many!) and assured me that all things would be taken care of. We had non-edited samples within 24 hours and the complete full package arrived within 10 business days via online download. Had the most incredible experience with David as our photographer for our wedding day. He is incredibly talented, creative and brilliant to work with. My husband was reluctant to have his photo taken but David was great with him, making him feel totally at ease and comfortable. I even cheekily got to look through the photos during the evening of my wedding, which was definitely a highlight of the wedding day!! He was always available and willing to try new ideas and tolerated a bossy bride who told him what she wanted and her visions. David made everything so much fun. From the moment he came in the morning he was helpful and funny, calming my awful nerves! The photos arrived back so quickly and were just mesmerising. I just couldn't stop looking at them and showing them off. He captured every emotion of the day so perfectly. I also had a pre bridal shoot with David and his wife who is super lovely! David photographed our wedding in April and did a fantastic job. He was very personable and put everyone at ease - he was impeccably polite all the way through the booking process and in the weeks up to the wedding when we had a million questions. On the day he brought an assistant to help which was great for additional shots we wouldn't have got otherwise. He was great with all the guests from our slightly reticent best man to the teenage bridesmaids. He fitted in all our requests however random and was very relaxed considering what a stressful job this must be.Most importantly we got a brilliant set of photos we are very, very happy with. We have had so many compliments on them from family and friends, everyone is really impressed and we have memories we will treasure. I couldn't stop looking at them for weeks! He has continued to deliver a great service with the album and dropping it round in person. He creates an enduring rapport with clients and is very accommodating even though he is clearly very busy. I recently booked David Christopher Photography for a boudoir shoot, and I must say my experience has been beyond phenomenal. From the moment that i chatted with Annie at the bridal exhibition, till the moment I received my photos has been so surreal. David is such a pleasure to work with! He listens and does his research diligently to make sure he captures what you envision. You literally feel as if you’re his only client at the moment because of the customer service. On the day of our shoot, he was extremely professional and made me feel quite comfortable. It’s important to note how important this was especially giving the nature of our shoot. I felt calm, confident,safe, but most importantly I had fun! I wasn’t looking for just photos, I was looking for an experience that translated into art and David did just that. If you want a special experience that is personal and bespoke to match how you always imagined that day to be, ask David! To say David is exceptional is an understatement! From the very start he made my wife and I feel like we were his sole clients, meeting with us to discuss every aspect of our day and making sure all our ideas were fulfilled. With David's superior experience as a photographer and with particular knowledge of our specific venue, he had so many amazing suggestions to share with us to help capture every emotion of the day. Throughout the planning, he was always available and any request or question was never too crazy. On the day, David was at the venue early in the morning, along with his assistant to be with me, my wife and our whole party. He felt so integrated and part of our day with the ever enthusiastic, cheerful and hilarious personality he brings. It was like having another best man! We specifically requested a range of pictures, from the more traditional family shots, to natural, less obvious ones that will capture people's reactions and happiness throughout the day. David delivered! Natural pictures taken without the people knowing the camera was even pointed in their direction, to all the traditional pictures taken with various lighting, effects, angles and distance. All the while with everybody enjoying David's unique and personal approch to make what may, in other events I have experienced been a rigid and dull affair, be energetic and amazingly fun! We had a pre-wedding shoot and we would thoroughly recommended this to all couples!The lead up to a wedding day can be stressful but the shoot gave us time to really relax, which was all due to David and Annie who put us at ease straight away. We had a fairly last minute nikkah ceremony and I wasn’t sure whether to have a photographer until I saw some of David’s photos on a blog and he kindly rescheduled to fit us in. I really liked his natural style and it was a bonus for us that he had done lots of Asian and cross-cultural weddings like ours and was au fait with the Mosque etiquette. David was so lovely before the wedding – very unobtrusive but attentive at the same time and rather than dreading having photos taken I was genuinely looking forward to meeting him on the day. And what a star he was – all our family and friends loved him and were very comfortable with him taking photographs. He really helped keep my now husband and I relaxed on what could have been a stressful day - plus got some great shots of two unphotogenic people!
