I am a 3rd year chemistry student and have recently been working on a scientific paper for important laboratory research. Not only was this Word file important, it was almost 3000 words long, fully referenced and with complex chemical drawings - I must have spent 50+ hours on it thus far - before the file became corrupt on my pen drive . Unfortunately I had not backed up this document and the usual tricks could not recover it. Luckily, I contacted Nico who initially said the chances of getting the full document back weren’t great - around 50:50. I dropped the drive into him in the morning and had received an email before lunch to say that the files had be recovered.Additionally, payment and communication via email or phone made the process all the more smooth. Unbelievably fast and professional service. I decided to recover data from my laptop at noon on a Saturday after finding that the place nearest me had changed their opening hours and no longer worked on Saturdays. I found Data Recovery Services via a search, was able to book an appointment online, and deliver the laptop within the hour. He had all data recovered from two liquid-damaged and corroded hard drives by that evening and I was able to collect on the Sunday. Just want to share my experience with nicos data recovery service. Team knowhow (how ironic) employed by currys/pc world to fix technical difficulties with mobile phones managed to delete precious photos and videosof my deceased son and when I brought it back to them they could not retrieve them and seemed far from concerned. I was so upset and distressed about losing such precious memories which were just irreplaceable. I phoned round several companies in the hope of getting them retrieved but was told there was nothing could be done to retrieve the data. I took my device to nico and he managed to retrieve my photos and videos. I was so relieved and delighted I honestly could have hugged him. He was so helpful and understanding and a very honest guy.
