Had my first ever reflexology appointment as well as a shoulder and back massage with Sylwia and it was amazing.
It was an absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience and I left feeling so much lighter, like a huge weight had been lifted. Not only is Sylwia a fantastic practitioner, she is also a lovely person and I enjoyed the conversation as much as the massage. I have since booked my mum in and I will be booking back in regularly to keep on top of it.

Had a deep tissue massage with Adrian today. I have been struggling with my lower back and hip for over a week now. I went for my first ever massage a little unprepared, but was instantly made at ease. Adrian is extremely knowledgable and explains ever part of the massage as he goes. My back instantly felt more loose afterwards and I felt more mobile. I will definitely be going back for another session and would recommend this service to anyone... Wow! David was absolutely brilliant I had a neck pain that was a real issue, David explained the treatment in full and kept me informed throughout my procedure, which was made up of neck and shoulder manipulation and acupuncture. I originally booked a deep tissue massage through Groupon and I was so impressed that I went on to book a course of follow up sessions on the spot.

David listens to me and adapts the session to meet my needs so my initial session was a combination of manipulation, massage and acupuncture. Already I can feel the difference - so relaxing - tight muscles are feeling so much looser and my flexibility has improved.
