The guy I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, the process was straightforward (I just paid online when the invoice came through) but most importantly the food was first rate and received many compliments. Dantes catered my Garden Wedding Party and they were amazing.Staff arrived on time, set up everything with little intrusion to the guests, were polite and helpful and had everything under control. The food was absolutely amazing, everything was delicious and so fresh, the guests were all complimenting us on the great food. The staff cleared up and left the house tidy and leftover food packed and sorted. Organizing the event with Dantes couldn't have been easier and the choices available are endless, they even made us things not on their menu. I would absolutely 100% recommend Dantes to anyone. What’s your signature dish?
All of our dishes our freshly prepared with that homemade touch, which lends itself to comforting food that everyone will enjoy no matter if they have a personal favorite, although the Chicken & Chorizo Jambalaya is my personal favorite!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Through a consultation process with the client we can create a menu suited to their specific needs. This can include anything from Allergies or intolerances through to bespoke dishes designed to their specification, just to make the experience that little bit more memorable.
What do you love most about your job?
The varied nature of the day to day business requests we receive always intrigues me and keeps me constantly searching for new ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for clients. This is where the passion come from for my role.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This business has core family values at it core and that continues to this day.
Why should our clients choose you?
The personal interaction with our clients is an important factor for me when attracting new business, it gives the client the confidence and assurance that they are receiving a professional and customer driven service.
