My name is Danielle Mckinnon and I have been involved with horses for as long as I remember. The smell, sound, touch or even a glance creates a wonderful wave of happiness and belonging inside. I have such passion and admiration for these magnificent creatures .These feelings are what spurred me on to learn more and start the journey that I am still on today. I believe the path never ends and we never stop learning each individual time we are together. Every horse is unique and has thoughts and fears just like we do. My aim is to create an environment where man and mount work together in harmony. To establish this I have become fascinated about the communication techniques we apply as owners to deal with our steeds. I don’t believe any horse is born 'naughty' and with the correct management and care we can create a safe happy stable environment for everyone. We need to educate ourselves and develop our learning whether we ride once a week or own our own horse. They deserve to be understood and given the chance to flourish and grow.
