Just started doing the 30-minute cardio videos on YouTube with some co-workers a few times a week, and we love it! I've only been working out consistently for a couple months, but I feel the strongest and most fit I've ever been! THANK YOU!!

Tbp has been one of the best programs I have ever used. It has helped me to a new healthy me. Not only has it helped me be cigarette free for a little over a year, but it has helped me lose weight and become both mentally and physically healthy. I would recommend this program to anyone! I found Body Project on YouTube and began doing the workouts they had on their about 3 years ago. A few months later I got the lifetime membership. These workouts truly work not only with weight loss but also just making you feel great! I am down 20 pounds and on the days I miss I can truly tell. Every day you can choose a different type of work out and the best part is you don’t have to leave the house and go to a gym. Everything is done in the comfort of your home! This is the best program I have ever used! Daniel and Alex are passionate about what they do! They treat each and every member as family. For them, it’s personal and not about money. I feel no pressure from them...just love and encouragement. The workouts are fun and challenging and the variety is there to make sure you are never bored! Body Project is one of the best things that has happened to me! I've never been able to stick with a workout plan before because I would get bored. It was always difficult to get to the gym because of schedules and child. Team Body Project has so much variety, plus the convienance of home. It makes absolutely perfect! There have been days where I was tired or didn't have much time which would have made it easy to forgo working out. Instead, I would tell myself to just do a quick one (20 minutes) and I did. After all, that's better than nothing! The team and support here is amazing. Daniel and Alexandra are great coaches and support. Don't wait. Just do it. You won't be disappointed. I'm absolutely enthusiastic about Team Body Project - and I'm in my fifties and have seen and tried a lot of other sport programms and gyms. But this is definitely different. It offers all you need for a change to a fit and healthy life. Daniel and Alex with their amazing spirit manage that you feel really personally coached.... absolutely better than in the gyms I've been in. The community here is also incredible - I'm not the big communicator, but I love to read all the stories about the struggles and sucess, trainingsplans etc, it inspires me. ... And now finally with the books offered I'm so excited to try getting my own personal programm in near future. I'm sure there will be help from Daniel if needed at any time.
So I'm absolutely happy with the decission I made to join TBP for lifetime some months ago.

I love your workouts!! I just came across TBP on youtube about 4 months ago or so. I injured myself in hockey during the fall season of 2017 and i could not do anything of high intensity so i began with cardio starter! I love love love the exercises, i sweat and feel the burn!! So far so good. I completed the Trainee Plan and just started the Apprentice Plan. Workouts seem to be well tailored to those of us not so experienced in such things. Amazing! Decided I needed to get back in shape after years of not being consistent. Started the low impact workout cause I wanted to be pushed but didn’t want to be to hard on my joints and this has been the perfect video series! My wife gave me a subscription for Christmas. I had already been using the YouTube videos and I was thrilled to get access to all the workouts.

I have been on the fitness journey for over a year and a half. I’ve lost 90 pounds. But I have always stuck to cardio. These workouts have made me do more with strength and toning and I can see the results already. I cannot tell you glad I am to have found Daniel and Alex. They make the workouts fun. They are simple and my 51 year old body needs simple. But I have been out of my comfort zone many times in these workouts and I’ve learned that I can do way more than I thought I could. So thank you for helping me on my fitness journey. I’m in it to win it and I know I can count on you to be right there with me.
