Plesant person but not happy regarding the work. Paid good money to repair or replace guttering, stop wooden shed door from leaking and hang two doors. Guttering still leaking when it rains, wet still comes in the shed. Doors ok but not worth the money screws come through to the other side on fixings. I hired Dan to do some basic maintenance work to my property including a small lawn, some exterior painting and fixing a minor roof issue. He charged a fair price for the work and was very thorough and efficient.
