When I started with Damo I had some negative lifestyle habits that I was struggling to change. Being able to discuss them so openly without judgement was amazingly helpful for me, and the full-body workouts he puts me through feel so much better than any late night. I honestly feel Damo has helped me reset my relationship to my body and I would 100% recommend him & his team to anyone looking to get serious about their health. My 37th birthday was my motivator. I had always done exercise but decided it was time for something more challenging, and with a big birthday a year ahead, used this as a motivator. I am so glad I found Damo as a trainer: he is enthusiastic and encouraging, and challenges you in a way that really keeps you motivated. The intimate space of the studio is ideal, as I had never worked out in a regular gym before and this suits me much better. Ana is also a great instructor, cheering you on every step of the way.I would recommend Damo’s PT to anyone, and am so glad I found it. When I first started training with Damo, I could hardly complete a full sit up or press up but after two months of hard graft and a few lifestyle changes, I am in much better shape.
Damo created a fitness programme around my goals and his encouragement helped me to achieve way beyond I thought I ever could.

I have been training with Damo for over 2 months now. When I first saw him I felt pain in my chest and was very unfit. Since I have been seeing him my fitness has improved, the pain in my chest has disappeared now and I feel fitter and stronger. Personal training has been a rather grim chore for me in the past, but I can genuinely say I enjoy my sessions with Damo. He has a rare and wonderful ability to motivate, combined with gentle empathy and a dry sense of humour . You are pushed to achieve, almost without realising it - surely the holy grail for a reluctant exerciser!
