The perfect place for a bite to eat and to watch the Quayside life unfold. The bacon, brie and loganberry panini is a definite recommendation from me!
Scrupulously clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back very soon!

Absolutely fantastic. There are so many places that sell rubbish coffee and this is not one of them. By far the best coffee in town! Definitely recommend

This is the place for a Swede in Geordieland. I love the sandwiches and the coffee is to die for plus you get a good chat in your own language. Tack och på återseende

Pleasant cafe on the Quayside. Not a large amount of Swedish products on sale. Not very big.

I went here today just on the off chance that they sold bagels and OMG bagels they do sell indeed! I ordered a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel which was absolutely UNREAL. I was a little bit put off by the price of £4.50 but when I got to work and opened this little package of beauty ❤️ It was worth every single penny presentation was second to none and it’s definitely thee best tasting bagel I have ever had! Customer service from the young girl on the counter was amazing too! Keep up the good work guys I will definitely be back......... More...

Great view of Tyne, coffee is good and sandwiches are perfect. Very good value for money and polite staff. The place is usually quite, and I would definitely recommend for a quick bite or a casual business lunch. Pastries are also offered, and they look good. More...

Stopped here for breakfast on our travels after a stay in Newcastle central. Food was delicious, well priced and freshly hand made to order. Can recommend both the brie, apple and walnut sandwich as well as the Swedish waffles. Jonathan the owner is very friendly and had some great information for us about the region and our next stops. Thank you. More...

Q&A

Either the prawn, egg and dill open sandwich or the meatballs with the beetroot relish open sandwich. Both are very typically Swedish and very popular!

Listen to what customers really want and infuse with our own Swedish influence.

Talking to satisfied customers about food and hearing their experiences of Sweden.

Always had a drive to offer something different to the Newcastle cafe scene and as a proud Swede wanted to offer something from my Swedish heritage.

Quality, dependability and adaptability, as well as value for money.
