CxM Consulting was set up by Chris Mills in 2001 and has provided business consulting services to clients of all sizes ever since.

Chris is a former 'Big 6' Partner and has also held senior consulting roles at strategy consultants AT Kearney and been UK Managing Director of world-leading customer experience consultancy Strativity and of Dublin-based Vision Consulting, who specialise in improving customer service at strategically-important levels.

Business & Career Coaching

My business has been surviving for a few years, making money but not going any further.
After the first hour of coaching with Chris, I completely understood why I wasn't moving and more importantly what I needed to do.
I found Chris really easy to get on with and thanks to his vast business knowledge, invaluable. I'm now incredibly excited about what lays ahead, my business feels like a brand new project that will just keep moving forward.
If you haven't had business coaching before from Chris, it's a real eye opener....totally enjoyed it and I will keep coming back!
