Just picked up 2 pieces I had framed and they look amazing. Price is reasonable too. Could easily spend this much on a frame at John Lewis or other department stores and would not look so professionally finished. Thank you.

Without doubt THE BEST framers in Nottingham. Alan and his staff are all customer focused and willing to help in many ways. My business selling film posters would not be able to function without Custom Frames.
DO NOT go to the 2 framers in the centre of Nottingham as they will charge you double or more for the same job and their customer service stinks. I can honestly state that you will not find any other framers that can compete on price, quality and customer service. More...

The guys provided a brilliant service to frame a signed Barcelona shirt that I donated to a charity auction to support a little girl battling illness. The shirt raised £700. Super products and excellent service from Custom Frames. I recently had an item framed to hang in my newly built office. ..I didn't realise the plaster wasn't completely dry and after 2 weeks I was mortified to find mould growing all over the back of my frame and through to the front!!!

I took the frame back to Custom Frames yesterday for their advice and despite it not being any fault of theirs they very kindly have cleaned, remounted and reframed free of charge and it was ready for collection today!!

I cannot recommend Custom Frames enough, I walked in off the street with a hand drawn picture of my late horse to be framed, they were so helpful when I was somewhat overwhelmed with the amount choice, very patient, informative and friendly, after choosing what I wanted it was done in a week and I was blown away at how beautifully it was done.
Superb standard of service I will not hesitate to have any future work done there.

I am mainly a landscape photographer that likes and appreciates good photographs to be framed. A good photograph should be presented and seen at it's best in a good frame in order to attract and please the eye. A frame that does not complement the picture in my view is a waste of time, effort and money. If the picture is worth hanging or resting for display then it should be worthy of a decent frame. I have recently had four photographs mounted and framed by Custom Frames and I have to say that the quality of advice, workmanship and service is first class. The four photographs are now hanging very proudly in our lounge and they look amazing.It is doubtful that I will use any other company after the work Custom Frames have done for me. Like you, I read through some of the reviews trying to find a quality framer that was local to me and decided to try Custom Frames and I'm so glad I did as the service I received was superb. Alan and the team were really helpful framing two prints that I brought into the shop.
