If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. We just completed recarpeting 2000+ sq ft of our home with Shaw carpet and padding provided through the friendly staff at Custom Floor Covering. The installation team was exceptional! They took their time and methodically moved some pretty large pieces of furniture out of the rooms, ripped up the old carpet and pad, cleaned up, laid down the new carpeting and moved the furniture back. 6 bedrooms, family, living, dining and complex hall area was all handled very smoothly.The attention to detail was very good. The quote by our sales rep Doug LaRue included planning carpet nap direction and overcomming unnecessary carpet seams we were having problems with as part of taking the measurements.  With all that, the pricing was competitive or significantly better than the other quotes we received for the identical carpeting and padding. We recently had all our floors redone with tile and carpeting and the experience was above our expectations.  We had really good customer service and assistance in choices for our tile and carpet.  We needed it completed before Thanksgiving and they worked through the weekend to get the job done in time.  It all turned out really nice and I was so impressed at the job they did cleaning every surface and all the shelves.  I expected to have to do some myself to get ready for the holiday but they did an excellent job and I was ready to start cooking and have company! I had travertine installed throughout my home the week after Christmas. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the Custom Floor Covering showroom. Andy took the time to educate me about stone flooring; Doug came a few days later to give me an estimate; and a few days after that, the work began. Fantastic.  I'll never consider anyone else for a flooring job.  Highest quality products and very competitive prices.  I had them put mostly laminate boards and some tile throughout my remodeled home.  They took the time to make sure the laminate was laid exactly right (ie. no bouncing, no clacking).  They even pulled up a large section and re-laid it when they realized it wasn't perfect.  There was one minor issue, but the owner came right out and fixed it when I pointed it out.  I wish dealing with all contractors went like this.  I highly recommend Custom Floor Covering.  Ask for Mike Thompson.
