CEAV installed a AV/Cinema System in our extension and Network/Wifi throughout our house. We've been very happy with the results, and everything is concealed away nicely, with a single remote control/smart phone to make it easy to listen to music or watch a film. Every now and then the devices (AV Amp, Control 4, Sonos) get updates which can cause small issues, but James and Wesley have been fantastic at getting us back up and running. What do you love most about your job?
Coming from a customer services background, we enjoy treating customers the way we would like to be treated ourselves and pride ourselves on our honesty. We also like to offer our clients value for money as we would like ourselves!
When a system is complete and all up and running and the client has a smile on their face, we feel a great sense of satisfaction!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We enjoyed the idea of not only being our own bosses but also offering clients value for money in both the services we provide and the systems we install.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on our honesty and also tailoring the systems which suit our customers. We will never impose any systems or products on a customer if we think it is unnecessary for their needs and we are very friendly and courteous.
Feedback has been that our costs are extremely competitive in the field for a company which provides both electrical contracting services and audio visual custom installation - Savings which we like to pass onto our clients.
