They catered my family reunion, and I have to say, for a bunch of picky eaters, we didn't have a scrap left!Robynn was kind and easygoing, and quickly tailored the menu to our dietary limitations & proclivities. I have had multiple experiences with CGE all the way from catering to in home dining experience and they have all been magnificent. The care that is put into each meal is simply amazing. But my favorite experience by far was the in home dining experience. Flowers were brought along with all needed supplies and the kitchen was completely cleaned afterwards. I must say the in home dining experience is actually under priced currently so I would take advantage of it while it's still reasonable because it will definitely have to go up simply because of demand. I've had private dinners prepared by Robynn. She never allows me in the kitchen because I'm a picky eater. She's the first person to ever have me try new foods and eat everything that I always say "I don't like". Food is always fresh and well prepared. What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is Stuffed Salmon. We blackened the salmon then stuff it with jumbo lump crabmeat & shrimp with cajun season and lemon.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to what the client wants then create a custom menu that is also seasonal.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and enhancing their lives through food. Most celebrations center around food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
the freedom and desire to live life on my own terms
