We contacted Anna with very limited notice and she and her husband so beautifully accommodated us. Above and beyond! The restaurant we had booked for New Years Eve was unable to accommodate our growing headcount. Coincidently, I had remembered someone posting on a local FB page that they were looking for a catering job on New Years Eve as their precious client had to cancel. This ended up being Culinary Chick (Anna) and I’m so happy we found her. She was so thorough! She and her husband came out the day prior to check out the layout. They generously showed up early on NYE to create a charming dining experience for 16 people. The food was delicious, exactly as we had discussed, beautifully laid out...they even helped us out by providing some extra decor items and table. Anna did a "cooking class/demo" for a friend's bachelorette party. We had an absolute blast. She answered unrelated cooking questions about what a specific ingredient was, or how to prepare something we've struggled with elsewhere.
We learned a full meal of new recipes and had fun at the same time. She felt like she was just one of the girls, not an uncomfortable distant teacher.
She came to the house with all of her supplies AND she did the clean up too! We were all pleased and the bride had a great time!
I hope you get to benefit from her creativity next.

I recently hired Chef Anna to do an Anniversary Dinner for our 26th anniversary. This was the first time we’d ever had a personal chef like this.
She went above and beyond what I was expecting!
This was a surprise “present” for my husband, and everything turned out terrific.
Anna and her team arrived on time, she “staged” everything perfectly, and prepared and served us the most wonderful meal.
I would highly recommend Culinary Chick to anyone looking for a special meal, catering, or culinary classes. We were very impressed.

I hired Anna for my husbands retirement party this past Saturday. She was very professional about keeping in contact with me, and arriving right when she said she would be there.
The set up went smoothly and was set up in a professional look. Everybody complemented on how good the food was and how nice they were. Not only was the food delicious it was always kept up with and they always had any food spills cleaned up. The clean up was done quickly and I didn't have to worry about anything.
I highly recommend them for your next party, family gathering or just for a night with your loved one as a surprise.

What’s your signature dish?
Whatever my clients like. I do not have just one signature dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask my clients to fill out a questionnaire to find out all of your likes, dislikes, food allergies, or dietary health needs. I then sit down with them and discuss what I can do for them, whether it is on the Personal Chef side or Catering.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to share my creativity with others. I like interacting with people and helping them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After cooking for my friends and family for over 25 years, I decided that I wanted to share my love of food and make people happy, so I dropped the corporate chaos and attended a formal culinary school and became a certified personal chef.
