My name is Carly and I am CT Personal Training. I am a qualified Personal Trainer living in Essex. As a PT my focus is working with women who are looking to make a positive change in their lives through introducing a new health and fitness plan that offers variety which will be effective and most importantly enjoyable.

After having 3 boys, working hard and getting into bad eating habits I got to a point where I wanted to change and get my body and groove back �. Carly is just the best to train you, she listens to what you want out of the sessions and really motivates you throughout. The extra help and advice regarding my food plan and helpful ideas on meals/ healthy snacks has been amazing. Don’t get me wrong she works you HARD, but that’s what we want from a PT right?
It’s a lifestyle, not a diet!!! Thank you Carly for giving me the confidence to start this journey again!! Looking forward to reaching my goals with you! ���

Ive been training with Carly for 4 weeks now and it’s great, I can already feel the difference! She really pushes me, makes it fun and has given me a great and realistic meal to plan to work with. Highly recommend �

I started training with Carly 4 weeks ago after never really doing any exercise since school ! She has not only already proved to be a pillar of support , working out my food plans and exercising me three times a week but she pushes me every single session . She works out a plan to suit you and your lifestyle and I’m already seeing the results . Best decision I ever made ! I have just completed my 3rd training session with Carly. Each week has been completely different so no chance of getting bored. Carly encourages you to continue when you may normally give up!!! She goes through your eating habits and suggests different ideas to ensure that you are also eating healthily to get the most out of your training. Carly is simply amazing...apart from being very knowledgeable, she pushes you hard but at the same time in an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and confident. I absolutely hate exercising, and never really considered a PT - but seeing the results after a couple of months I definitely want to continue for as long as I can - and only with Carly. Never thought I would say this but I have just completed my first few training sessions with Carly and although its hard i'm really enjoying it! ! Carly pushes me when I feel I want to give up and with the great encouragement she gives me I can do it!!! Every week the session is different and as she listens to what areas you want to work on. She also checks you have the right technique and position for each exercise along with ideas on healthy eating habits to get the best from your training. I offer a free Consultation with clients so we can both get to know each-other but more importantly so we can talk through their goals - whether it's a holiday or birthday they want to look great for or if it's a new fitness lifestyle. I ask questions about their current eating and exercising plan (if any) and advise them on what steps to take - I offer nutrition advice as well as a training program that will suit their time frames and goals. I am a hands on Personal Trainer and take pride in being a mentor for my clients. I aim to make my clients feel confident and support them through their new journey.

I'm not sure any woman is 100% happy with the way they look - that's just women however the key to achieving your goals is hard work! It's not easy putting yourself through the hard paces of getting fit but it will be worth it and you will love the results. Nutrition plays a massive part in your new program - if your not eating the right foods your hard work is going to by wasted. So my advice would be to stay focussed, have self motivation and do it for you!

I am passionate about fitness and all sorts of fitness too and I like to encourage others to see what I see. Since being a Personal Trainer I can honestly say that my proudest moments are seeing my clients bodies changing and how happy they are and how driven they are to keep going. Fitness isn't always about how you look either, its also about having a healthy body, one of my clients has severe endometriosis and was due an operation which she was extremely concerned about however due to her new healthy lifestyle her cysts shrunk by 50% and no longer needs that operation - that's why I love my job!

I'm at an age where I can either just go for it or regret it so I went for it! Being a Personal Trainer has been something I wanted to do for a long time but never had the time or confidence to study for it - nearly a year later I am so pleased I did - I hung up my office heels in the City and swapped them for trainers!! Best thing I ever did and the response has been amazing!
