Crown Roofing is a great company. Yesterday afternoon after big storm raining, my leaking roof caused the ceiling broken. It was emergency . I was desperately looking for help. Tony owner and Mark came over. But Bayside association did want them to work because "crown roofer did not have contracted with them". Two years after our roof was replaced it is now leaking. I called Tony and he did answer the phone and scheduled a visit for tomorrow to assess the situation. Water is leaking down one of the standpipes so, hopefully, it is a localized leak and an easy fix. I'll report back after tomorrow. Kind of disappointing since I thought they did a good job on the initial roof replacement.Although I was upset by the roof leak, the response by Tony and his team has been first rate. They came out the next day (a Sunday) and made the needed repairs immediately. All was covered under warranty! Tony and Anthony came out gave us an estimate on a roof they could barely see. The damage happened in January and was covered with a tarp at the time. They helped me by working with the insurance company representative. As soon as there was a break in bad weather they got the roof done in one day. The workers were kind. Professional. Thank you so much, Crown Roofing & Masonry! You just saved my life. My roof wasn't that good during last 3 years but this winter it became horrible. Those frozen days I got three damages that caused leaking . So I decided this is a time to install new roof. I called Crown Roofing, scheduled appointment the same day and got free estimate. We’re very happy with our interactions with Crown Roofing & Masonry. We have been working with them for almost a month! They did a great project for us. First of all they replaced my grandparents’ roof and rebuilt a chimney (looks like new! Now their house looks even prettier, I love it). Secondly Tony and his crew just finish my father’s Hugo commercial project. Dad needed a new roof since the building is ancient lol They also did lots of masonry work and tuck pointing. Don’t really know many details since I’m not a professional but Crown Roofing REALLY IS. Thank you, guys. All my family is so happy with you. Oh yeah, we didn’t choose Crown Roofing Masonry spontaneously. Nooo, not at all. My father is so demanding and too picky. The thing is that Tony has done dad’s friend roof last year. We thought we may need a new roof, but in the end concluded that our roof was in decent condition and really only needed some professional patch work in spots.
