I joined Rudis about 2/3 months ago. Best decision I’ve made recently by far! The coaching and training is excellent. *Everything* is scalable, so don’t be put off by insane CF videos you might see online. If you’re like me and can’t even do a push-up, there’ll be a scale for you (although that’s not to say that it’ll be easy). Team Rudis are a lovely bunch also. Everyone is genuinely really friendly (which isn’t really the norm in a gym usually). And last, if you’re worried it’ll be a bro fest, don’t be. The atmosphere is really inclusive and Rudis is full of a load of really amazing, strong women. Safe to say, I would recommend. More...

Been training here for four months and I'm totally hooked. I'm a complete convert from heavy lifting in the gym to crossfit - the coaches are super knowledgeable and with their help I'm already lifting more now than I ever have been and I'm nailing techniques I was scared to try before without a problem.
