An excellent place to train. I thought you had to be super fit to attend a crossfit class, but you don't, the work outs can be scaled so they can reflect my level of fitness. The members are supportive of each other the owners/trainers are professional and knowledgeable, and provide a safe, relaxed and fun atmosphere allowing us to reach our fitness goals. Excellent value for money. Friendly place to train, everyone makes you feel welcome and helps you. I have been training at CrossFit Blockhouse for a year now and I love the place! My wife has now joined and I am sure it wont be long until our children are joining in with the kids club.
