Best decision I ever made was joining Crossfit Belfast.Before I was doing the same workout every time, not having any structure and not pushing myself. I basically was not making any improvements in my overall fitness. Joining the box has helped me become a better athlete in every aspect. I have become stronger, quicker and more confident to take on challenges that i previously would have passed. Can’t say enough good things about the coaches & folk here. They’re all really fun & supportive. The work-outs are bonkers most of the time but getting to them and seeing the results is addictive it helps that we don’t have to come up with the work-outs ourselves plus I really like that the coaches break them down every time so you at least know how you should be doing it!
