Just excellent - Pawel went above and beyond. Creative thinking, attention to detail, quick turnaround and just generally lovely to work with (unfortunately not all common characteristics in the London building trade! ). Highly recommended and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I found myself in a Dire position after my build programme was well underway , where a design mistake by my architect had been identified following a visit from the local borough engineer and all works then halted. I contacted Croft Engineering looking for a solution to a building design problem who were highly recommended by chartered surveyor David Randell of Bexley Kent.I was contacted direct by Chris Tomlin, who introduced himself and we discussed the building design issue, He made arrangement to visit my premises and began to immediately seek a solution.On inspection he gave me confidence that a solution can be found.A structural solution was engineered and drawings submitted to the local borough council for consideration in a short space of time, Croft Engineering contacted the relevant council departments on my behalf . Where approval and authority again was achieved quickly and efficiently.I can now look forward to realising and completing my building project with thanks to Chris and his team of Engineers. What inspired you to start your own business?
Chris tomlin was one of the youngest Structural Engineers in the country and wanted to work directly with his clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
You property is safe in our hands. Will not be the cheapest, but that is because our service is better. We do not work only from plans. Seeing the property is vital to understanding it; what is it made of, which trees are growing in the garden, are there any repairs that we need to include. Meeting with you helps you and us to give you the best solution that you want.
Our service is holistic we not only do the structural design, but can design the temporary works of how it will be built, understand the architects goal is also very important to us.

We can work remotely. Often we take whatsApp video calls from builders who want to show us details and defects quickly.
