I placed a review in April 2021 after having my gate installed which was very positive, 3yrs on my experiences are the opposite. My gate and its components have been plagued with issues and it has now been broken for 9 days with no help, care or urgency from crocodilla. On the contrary they have insinuated that I am responsible for the issues (and my home boiler too!) it’s beyond belief! It’s when issues occur then the true colours of a business come to light. The change in personality and attitude is shocking. Didn’t even have the respect or decency to call me after I invited them to. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have already contacted a gate specialist to look after my investment and fix the repairs. More...
