Sandra prepared a delicious brunch of for our Senior Citizen group which included SMOKED SALMON, LEEK, AND BOURSIN CHEESE QUICHE and WINTER FRUIT SALAD OF MANGO, BLUEBERRY, AND GINGER. After our meal, she did a wonderful cooking demonstration and taught us how to prepare these 2 dishes. She is not only a great chef, but a wonderful teacher also. What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in Meditertanean/Middle Eastern Cuisine and Southwestern/Mexican. I enjoy the fusion of different different cultures and flavors.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I initially provide a free in person or phone consultation to discuss the event as well as the Client's likes and dislikes. I take that information to create a memorable menu.
What do you love most about your job?
The greatest joy is seeing the excitement for the event. It is extremely satisfying when the client is pleased with the final result of their event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for food and my background in Business seemed like the perfect fit. With an MBA and years in the corporate world I am uniquely equipped to provide the perfect and most delicious service.
Why should our clients choose you?
I listen and I ask many questions to truly understand each client's uniqueness. My service is individualized to each client. Most importantly I never over book myself.
