Too cramped inside, very little space to move even when it's not busy. Badly needs updating. Floor by the weights area has caved in from neglect and fatigue, so much so that the dumbells roll around as the surface isn't flat. No water machine which is my biggest issue - either pay for water or use the tap in toilets (they see nothing wrong with that despite the hygiene problems). Parking severely limited. Massively regret signing up for 12 months.Most staff are friendly enough so can't fault them at all, I'd say they're let down by the owners as this gym has so much potential. More...

Consistency, patience, and taking the smart approach.
Many people neglect the workings of the metabolic system and it’s ability to adapt very efficiently. Having a well functioning metabolism is a key component to attaining and maintaining a lean physique.
Working around this requires knowledge, progress assessment, and structured adjustmets.
Also developing a healthy, educated relationship towards food. Nutrition is about balance, you can eat the foods you enjoy and still get great results. It’s just knowing how.
What do you love most about your job?
Spreading correct information, enlightening people who are frustrated with their lack of progress (when they’ve been putting a serious amount of effort in), clients who are very appreciative of me helping them achieve or even surpass their goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been passIonate about training and pushing myself to achieve my full potential. I figured why not help others do the same!

Yes coaching is an online service. Many top competitive physique athletes are coached by coaches around the world. It doesn’t need to be an in person thing, and you would more than likely achieve better results doing this than working with a PT as it’s much more in depth in terms of changing your life, as opposed to just a few guided workouts here and there with someone telling you not to eat carbs.

Nutritional Programming
I provide nutritional plans that are tailored specifically to you, taking into account your likes/dislikes and your goals. Nutrition is key to maximising health, performance and progress towards your goals. Weekly check-ins will be in place to help determine how your body responds to a particular routine, and manipulations to your plan will be made accordingly to encourage continual progress and break through plateaus.
