I have catered a few weddings alongside Ian at Country Hogs. Every time he has been a pleasure to work with. Provided the food at a wedding I was playing at (music). The food was absolutely excellent and Ian was incredibly friendly.
The team was well organised and the guests were clearly well fed and happy (they were all in food coma happiness when we started playing)!
Hoping I get to play at another wedding that Country Hogs are at soon! Or, if not, I'll be dropping strong hints to any of my friends who need catering!
Thanks again, Ian (and team) for feeding us so well; hope to see you again soon!

We used Country Hogs for our evening food at our wedding- Ian was friendly, helpful and a mine of information and advice. The hog was beautifully seasoned, perfectly cooked and the crackling was out of this world- we enjoyed it, and from the happy, pig-sated faces at the end of the night, we think our guests did too
