I offer counselling for individuals with a range of difficulties who require a professional, genuine, friendly and relaxed counsellor. I can help you to work through your struggles and enable you to make positive changes in your life, break unhealthy patterns, increase your confidence and self-esteem as well as support you through loss, trauma, historical abuse and sexuality or relationship issues. I offer a free 10 minute telephone consultation prior to us meeting to give you chance to ask me questions and to help me understand what you want from counselling.
