We are a business catering to self catering holiday businesses , at Cornish Concierge Services we aim to offer a comprehensive service for both your property and guests. Many property owners lead busy lives or live at a distance from their holiday let and can find it difficult to manage all the different services involved in managing a property such as laundry, housekeepers, maintenance , and gardening . Our service is designed to take the burden and offers a complete solution. Unlike traditional housekeeping / holiday let maintenance services we aim to go the extra mile and offer a tailored guest service . We believe in the personal touch and a warm welcome , therefore we offer a meet and greet service with a walk-through of the property to ensure guests get full use of the property right from the start . It also gives guests the opportunity to ask questions and gain knowledge on local services or events from a real local !

Property Management Services

We can offer full changeover services including changeovers, laundry , linen hire and deep cleaning . Our staff are all highly trained and understand the time constraints when it comes to holiday properties. We pride ourselves on our 5* standards and have quality control procedures in place to ensure a perfect clean every time.

Our maintenance team including tradesmen are on hand to deal with any property emergencies you may have , with over 40 years experience our team are well placed to solve all maintenance issues. Our team include plumbers, electricians , gardeners, and gas engineers - we have it covered !

We also offer -

Meets and greets - a warm welcome for guests at the property and a walk-through of the property ( particularly good for large properties) and its services / amenities to ensure guests get full benefit of the property
Welcome folders - detailed and personalised folder with information of local amenities , attractions and events . Can be updated weekly/monthly to ensure all information is relevant
24 hours on call phone and call outs - we can be your guests emergency phone contact and call out should there be any problems - ideal if you live at a distance from your property

And much more - our service can be tailored to suit . So we offer clear pricing allowing you to use the services as you need them , we are fully aware of the seasonal factors and therefore you only pay in line with your occupation rates - no fees !

Guest Services

At Cornish Concierge Services we aim to make every guest feel extra special and provide a luxurious hotel style experience whilst having all the benefits of self catering. Many guests lead hectic lives and welcome the slow paced lifestyle Cornwall has to offer – we are here to help ensure total rest and relaxation ! By using a concierge service your guests get access to a wealth of experience our staff are recruited based on their hospitality experience,local knowledge, and expert customer service . We appreciate every guest is unique and has different ideas on what makes a luxury holiday, therefore our service is fully flexible and endeavours to meet every request made by our clients.
Our services are extensive but could include:
> Breakfast chef - local Cornish food with private chef and waitress
> Local Breakfast hampers including Cornish fry up , Continental and Healthy Fruits from £25 for 2
> Food hampers - All our food and ingredients are locally sourced including tea and scones , BBQ packs , charcuterie and cheese platters
> Daily maid services - including bed making , laundry , washing up etc
> Laundry and ironing - collection and delivery including wash and iron
> Babysitting - vetted childminders at times to suit
> Personal chef - using local Cornish produce our chef will cook to suit your tastes > Car Valeting - full mobile valet at the property great after a day at the beach !
> Event planning - got a special reason for your holiday ? We can arrange surprise parties , plan a meal or organise an event suited to your needs and budget and much much more.
Our staff can accompany you on a guided tour of the local area , arrange bookings at recommended local attractions and restaurants, book and organise your travel arrangements – the list is endless !
