The Corner House manages to tick so many boxes and do them all well. It’s great for kids, as there’s a whole bookcase of toys, books and colouring. It’s great for dogs, they are really welcome and there’s dog treats! But it’s also a great place for adults to relax and meet up too. During the day there’s really good coffee, a great menu of food, including all day breakfast!! At night the Corner House is like a bar in Leeds centre, even though it’s at moortown corner! The design inside is great, and the selection of drinks behind the bar is really varied. The staff are brilliant, friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I’ve enjoyed every visit here, can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. More...

We came here for dinner when Corner House first opened and the food was excellent and the place had a fantastic atmosphere. We stayed and had many a drink after and we didn’t want to leave! This weekend we came for breakfast and we were gutted. I had the veggie breakfast Firstly the beans .. there must of been only two large spoonfuls placed in a shallow dish. When did beans become premium? Come on now... The V’sausages were an unusual dry/ crispy texture and I had only one (one!) small tinned plum tomato to enjoy. The fried egg wasn’t Yolky which may be down to personal preference. My friend had the non vegetarian full English breakfast and said it wasn’t filling or that tasty. There wasn’t a lot and what was there in my mind, wasn’t worth shouting about which was a shame because I speak highly to others about your evening food/ drinks. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for an evening meal and drinks but unfortunately not breakfast. As a business owner myself I wouldn’t want to rate anyone’s business 1 star as that is unfair however I hope you can use this feedback for future breakfasts. More...

Only my second visit but definitely not disappointed. Great decor, lovely staff. So accommodating as we asked for sandwiches earlier than “allowed” and they were supplied without a problem. The cakes which are made by a local baker, Slice of Home, are to die for and I would now just call in for tea and cake if in the area. Will be taking my Grandson this week when I pick him up from school to see what he thinks. Keep up the splendid work guys.x More...
