Stephanie successfully managed to get my Mum to do a Will at age 80 years.
We've been telling her for 20 years she must do one.
She has had open heart surgery, a stroke and corronavirus which triggered a heart attach - and she was still putting it off!
As a woman on her own at 80 years I am sure she felt we were thinking she would die soon and made it so difficult.
Stephanie was very professional, went to her home and my Mum trusted her and finally did her Will.

What do you love most about your job?
At the end of each working day, I can go to bed knowing that I have been able to help someone protect their assets and often enlighten them to ways in which they had either never considered or known about, giving them peace of mind that their estate is much safer than before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a hard working individual, I have always been frustrated by set working hours which has meant that I have always had to reschedule my day or lose money to meet the requirements set by the provider/service that I have been looking to use.
Being the Director of Corinthian Advisory Services, I am able to offer my services to my clients at times that are mutually agreeable and not just the normal ridgid 9-5.

As a Will is very personal irrespective of whether it simple or complex, I prefer to provide a face to face service. This also ensures that all the correct requirements are met reducing the chance of a Will failing or being contested at a later stage.
I do, however, provide my services via the phone or online in certain circumstances.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure that I can meet clients face to face safely, I have had all my Covid injections and even though it is no longer required by law, I still test regularly, as I am aware that some people are more susceptible than others.
Estate Planning
Professional Will Writing - I am a qualified Will Writer and a full member of the Society of Will Writers
Trusts - Depending upon your circumstances, it may be wise to add a Trust. We will only know this after all factors have been discussed.
Lasting Power of Attorneys - Given your circumstances I can offer preferences and instructions, that meet your requirements and simply can't be found on the internet.
Storage - I strongly recommend keeping your legal documents safe and therefore offer a selection of options.
Registration with Certainty National Will Register - This gives you peace of mind that as and when the time comes, your Will can be found easily by your Executors.
