Corelement Fitness provides personal training for those who want to get fit and keep fit for life without having to rely upon the gym. We are located in South East London

​Functional movement and bodyweight exercise is our passion at Corelement Fitness and, with over ten years experience in martial arts as well as gymnastics, we provide training to help your body function the way it was built to.

Our main services include personal training packages to cater for the many different needs that our clients face when it comes to fitness and exercise. Whether this be weight loss, trying to build a regular exercise routine or trying to find new ways to exercise, our expertise in dynamic, functional and optimal movement, will make sure that you train safely and effectively so that you can keep exercising throughout all stages of life.

We also offer our unique 'Fitness Through Martial Arts' package which has been developed from a traditional Chinese martial arts model and adapted as a fitness programme. Undertaking practice of the martial art will help you keep fit and strong through application of the body and moving it through space, which, combined with training and conditioning that specifically targets your core musculature, will make you stronger from the inside out.

And that is our philosophy: To help clients build health and strength from the inside out, both physically and mentally, so that they can approach life with a greater sense of ease, confidence and contentment.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

As a former gymnastics coach and now martial arts instructor and personal trainer, I have spent a lot of time researching and observing how the body functions as well as how each of my clients think and feel about exercise and health and their own goals towards it. We are all different, that is the most important thing to understand when it comes to training. There is, by no means, a 'one size fits all' way of getting fit, healthy and feeling good, so each programme I create makes the most of what the person wants, with the influence of my specialist advise and approach. I like to provide my clients with the motivation to break through not just the physical, but psychological barriers too. It takes a lot of guts to start up anything new, whether that be your first ever fitness programme or reshaping your current way of exercising, and I want to see my clients through all their difficulties by giving them the options and versatility to keep going no matter what life throws at them. Over time, I want to help my clients to build their own inner discipline and conviction – to start relying on themselves, building their own motivation to achieve their own goals. We all have that discipline, we just need some help cultivating it, and that's part of what I do.
