I cannot recommend Nida highly enough. In just a few months I have lost achieving 20kg weight loss in just over 4 months. Nida's workouts are varied and push me out of my comfort zone. I highly recommend Nida for anyone looking for a personal trainer. A combination of her training sessions and diet advice have resulted in me achieving around a 20kg weight loss in just over 4 months. And its not felt difficult to sustain, which is key to making longer term lifestyle choices. Nida has the right balance between pushing and challenging you while being realistic of her asks of you. The workouts are varied, push me and I saw results really fast. I also love the working out space; it works for me having the privacy and it means I am confident to try new things. I have been training at Core Fitness for 3-4 years. My day job consists of long hours behind a desk and for my hobbies I play tennis. I also have a young family so life is always busy. Training at Core Fitness has helped maintain an injury free lifestyle as I regularly work the muscle groups that get strained during my day to day life. The trainer also understands the needs for my overall body so if there are days I am feeling a bit tired or under the weather then the workout is tailored to the energy level I present. Similarly I am pushed harder on days I feel energetic. So the body always receives an appropriate workout. I always feel better after each workout. A very personal service and will be there if you need her!You need to be be willing to listen and take on board what Nida says to you. If you want to change then you need to be open! Don’t think hiring a trainer and not changing or be willing to change your diet will be some kind of weight loss miracle! She gives diet and emotional well-being advice/help. I've been training with you Nida for about 6 months now and can truly say I have noticed a distinct difference in my stamina, body shape and overall physique. Nida literally changed the quality of my life. I suffer with scoliosis of the spine and for 15 years I would be in pain daily. I tried Physio, chiropractors, osteopaths but accepted I would live with the discomfort ... until I met Nida. After an initial assessment Nida straight away knew what I needed to do to strengthen my bones and muscles, I never thought I would be able to lift weights and now that is my routine and i am not in pain. I am able to have such a better quality of life. Not only is Nida a PT, she also gives invaluable advice and guidance on nutrition and wellbeing.
