We have a number of buy-to-let houses and needed a sparkle for the odd electrical job as well as annual certs and so on and we found David via his Yellow Pages and what a gem we have found. While David's prices are indeed competitive that's not why we continue to use him or recommend him freely to others where opportunity presents. In fact I would be happy to use David if he were say 10 or 20% more expensive.....
