Easy people to work with and conversion ‘completed’ on time.
However local building control did not pass the job as it didn’t comply with the regulations.
I asked c4c to return... they would not.
Soon after due to complete incompetence raw sewage entered below the floor. Again I asked for them to return... they again ignored me.
My costs incurred in remedial work is now being sought through the courts.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

C4C provided me with a crystal clear and structured quotation. They started on the agreed date and didn’t stop till the job was complete. They were punctual and never on site past 8am. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and end result. I would highly recommend them and will 100% be using them for my further works I need doing. More...

The start up and apparent completion was satisfactory however the local Hertsmere Building Control refused a final certificate as the job was incomplete.
Despite many contacts C4C declined to finalise. At this time a piece of utter C4C incompetence came to light resulting in raw sewage entering the conversion. This was disgusting and caused great distress to my young granddaughter who had just moved into the conversion.
Again C4C refused to act. Since then I have taken High Court action with bailiffs legal action. So far with utter contempt they have evaded the bailiff.
C4C has shown a total lack of care and I’d warn any potential client of theirs to think again.

There were a couple of unforeseen issues with the conversion but they worked hard to get round these. Happy to recommend them.

Tim & Dan were great to work with and very friendly. For my garage conversion they finished on the day they said they would and charged what was previously agreed and not a penny more.
I had some soundproofing requirements which they took on board and installed.
Would definitely recommend.

They were really organised... All materials were delivered on the Friday before they started work on our garage conversion on the Monday. The team worked really well together and completed the conversion in two weeks. Our garage is now a playroom / xbox room for my two boysand we are all delighted with the finished product. More...
