My experience with Connected health/Athletic Republic has far exceeded expectations. I brought a peewee hockey team to train as a group every week during the season. Alex and his partners take the kid's training very seriously. There is a definitive plan for their training every week. The trainers relate to the kids and while they demand effort and proper execution, they make it FUN. The kids are eager to go to their off ice program every week. The kids have taken what they have learned and use it for self run pregame warmups. I have dealt with Alex throughout this endeavor. He has been wildly helpful, accommodating and receptive. He asks for my input as the coach and is respectful of the kids and parents. The facility is clean and new. The skating treadmill is a particular draw for my hockey team. Dr. Andy offered a level of comfort and expertise during my physical exam. He really took the time to evaluate each aspect of my health and made sure I felt good about each area before moving forward. The one-on-one time with Dr. Andy is unmatched by any primary care office I have been to. Absolutely the most inviting and top-notch facility to work out. Alex has been my personal trainer for over 4 years – he is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating with a perfect blend of individualized highly-challenging workouts and extensive knowledge of correct form, nutrition and at-home diet/training regimes. Alex works me hard and I see the results. I’ve lost over 20 lbs and built lean muscle. I am overall much stronger, healthier and very happy with the results. Alex is hands-down the best trainer I have worked with over the years and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a solid trainer. Alex also worked with my son with hockey conditioning and he quickly became stronger and overall a better more confident hockey player. The facility is impressive, clean and welcoming. The equipment is top of the line. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the location is super convenient. Dr Andy and his staff are the best in conceirge. I’ve been coming here for awhile and they have helped me tremendously. Not only is Dr Andy available 24/7, but the staff is AMAZING as well. To scheduling with Kelly, to check ups with nurse Carla, and getting medications at the pharmacy with Betty. The entire place is put together well done. They make you feel welcomed, like you are part of the family, and they make sure that your health is a priority!! More...
