Dear Ms Jones Many apologies, we were very new to Bark when you sent your request (we had only been listed for a few days) and were working out the process for responding through Bark. We are a members only Practice, although we occasionally will do vaccines for non-members (particulary for new, or hard to come by vaccines) but in general, we do not offer one-off appointments. In your instance, we did reply to your initial email through Bark, and we did have a call about how we could help. I did then contact you and left a message regarding available times as promised. We did not hear back from you and assumed you did not want to proceed. Apologies if you feel that we have not been responsive.

What do you love most about your job?
We love knowing our patients and being able to provide our members with a good old-fashion family doctor service ( practising the very best of modern medicine of course). We know that continuity of care is so critical and so hard to find - all our practice members have the one doctor that looks after their care (and they really do see that one doctor all the time - in fact, they have their direct mobile and email address so that they can contact them whenever they need to).
We love being able to spend as much time as we need to with our patients - we have no standard appointment times or restrictions and no busy waiting rooms - it takes as long as it takes ! And we always fit around your commitments, not ours !
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to practice medicine the way it should be practiced - we wanted to give our patients access to the very best medical care available anywhere in the UK. We understand that good medicine is based on trust and on the relationship with your doctor. Frustrated by short appointment times, inability to see patients when they needed to be seen, having to send people to hospital when we knew we could treat them at home - all led to us setting up Concierge Medical in 2013. Now our patients get access to health care on their terms.

We can, quite simply, provide the very best possible medical care 24/7.
We are an award-winning practice, winning the prestigious Laing Buission awards for best private medical practice in 2016, and being finalists in 2015, 2017 and 2018 (winners announced Nov, watch this space!!). We have been awarded What Clinic customer service award (given to the top 5% of clinics in the UK) several years in a row.
We will do everything we can to act as our patients advocates to get them a quick, accurate diagnosis and on the right treatment plan asap. Longer term, we focus on preventative health care and ongoing continuity of care providing peace of mind to all our members, with them knowing we will be there when they need us.

Private home nursing services including wound care and dressing changes, diabetes and asthma reviews and advice sessions, private vaccinations (all ages), sexual health and family planning advice, smoking cessation and vitamin injections.
