I was having issues with my laptop, it had become very clunky and slow so I spoke with Matt who arranged to pick it up at the last Business Buzz networking event in Bicester, it turned out to be a simple fix and I collected it at my convenience the next day. Called late morning with a broken laptop keyboard and slow boot up. I was asked to bring in my laptop ( I live locally) and was assured the problems would be fixed that afternoon. I was kept updated by their engineer and collected my mended computer 5 hours later. They had even fixed an issue caused by a major retailer's computer "service".Great service, great value, good advice and very nice people.
