Metalfrog built my website several years ago. It was generally a struggle to achieve good rankings especially on Google which is always more tricky (and it was very tricky then).
Plus there were some server issues involving downtime and as a result I was feeling quite nervous. So it was then around sixteen months ago that I was approached by a different agency who convinced me (wrongly) that there were a million errors on my website, which they would improve/fix.
After less than a year of being with the new agency I was totally exasperated by the frustrating inefficiency and endemic lack of communication (both internally and client-side). I spoke with Chris at Metalfrog and there was no animosity at all – he was happy to take my site back under his wing. So four months later I am enjoying being able to speak with the people doing the work, and am hopeful that they’ll be able to get the organic rankings to where they should be (they are certainly better than they were four months ago). Metalfrog have been working hard on the optimisation side of things, on top of which my site is now fully responsive – plus they are also effectively increasing the ‘authority’ of my site, which is all good. It’s probably worth noting that the (second) agency implemented some extremely detrimental work on my site and we’re still trying to work with and overcome some aspects of that.
I am looking forward to achieving measurable results with Chris and his team. Five stars hopefully coming soon!

Alpaca Annie have been working with Metal Frog for about 9 months to develop a brand new website to take us forward into a new phase of business growth.
I consider we have developed an open and honest policy of sharing both positive and constructive communication. Teamwork has been evident and continues to grow.
