What information do you need from a client before you start work?
When working with a client they fall generally into one of 2 categories:
1 - Not primarily budget driven - These type of clients are focused on the end result, i.e. timings, functionally, tecky features, high quality design, key deliverables. For this we need to understand what the client is looking to have built the target audience and what they measure success by.
2 - Solely driven by budget - Same as above but if we are working to a fix budget we have to understand what that budget is so that we can offer a solution that covers as much of the above, without going over budget.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Below is a summary list of what we can do:
• Business Stationery - IE, Letterheads, Business Cards, Compliment Slips
• Sales Material - IE, Tender Documents, Annual Reports, Leaflets, Brochures, Posters,
• Large Format / Exterior Printing - IE, Exhibition Stands, Pop-up stands, Vehicle Graphics, Shop Signage
• Bespoke - IE, Fabric, Wallpaper
With our skills and contacts there isn't much we cannot get made or produced.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make a positive difference and hearing about the success we have helped to create. We have a number of different clients to whom we have helped all of whom will vouch for our abilities and quality of workmanship.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked within the design industry for circa 20 years - in that time I have worked for agencies, been an in-house designer, and used design houses as a client. I have got frustrated with how things are run and often the lack of care and client focus that is often applied to clients.
For me its all about results - if the client reports back that a piece of work made a positive difference to their business I know I have done a great job. I wouldn't still be in business after 8 years if I didn't have returning happy clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
It solely depends on what clients few point and what kind of experience they want from a designer / design house.
If your solely focused on cost and want the world for it, we are probably not the service provider for you, to which we have turned away work if we have felt we are not suitable. However if you want a company that genuinely wants to provide you with excellent customer care, high end design, coupled with a GENUINE desire to see you making a success of what you do and want a company who is willing to work with you to achieve it, then you should contact us.
