We can not recommend Collins Catering enough! From the moment we booked them to cater for our wedding Christine and the team helped us with everything and went above and beyond! No one gives you a hand book on what happens on the day and they have been the most helpful supplier helping us when others wouldn’t! Not only were they on hand for us the food was unreal! Everyone commented to say how yummy it was! The staff were amazing friendly and interacted with our guests and are really hard working! Sorry this has taken so long to write, but what with the honeymoon and then moving into a new house, its been a bit hectic. I don’t really know where to begin in thanking you for everything you did for us, you and all your staff were just wonderful and the food was just amazing. Mum even received letters from some of the guests congratulating us on the caterers, not bad eh!
