Colette keeps you motivated with a good range of exercises covering abs, arms, legs the essentials when keeping fit. I went to one of the free ‘Body Blast’ classes held at Sweaty Betty in Marylebone high street and run by Colette - it was fab! We did circuit training and the exercises were really varied and fun. It was a short session, but I really felt like I’d had a great workout session afterwards. Colette is a great motivator. I went to a Circuits class of hers at Sweat Betty Marylebone. The class was intense but I found Colette to be encouraging rather than forceful which is what you need to help you get through those last few moments of a circuit!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I write bespoke plans and sessions that are tailored to the goals and ability of my clients. We sit down together, work out the most effective plan to reach the goal and work backwards from there. By setting smaller short term goals, break down the elements we need to achieve to get the end result. I'm constantly reachable to my clients to ensure they are supported, encouraged and taking all the necessary steps to succeed. Taking photos, measurements and recording milestones are all important factors to ensure that the client is hitting the weekly and monthly targets.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is the key to achieving and maintaining any fitness goal. However, I ensure that my clients set realistic and achievable goals, whilst also learning more about their body along the way. By educating my clients, I encourage a healthy body image and the understanding that challenging and giving the body what it needs is the best recipe for the body that you want.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to help people! Setting health and fitness goals and completely surpassing them is something I have seen consistently in my clients and I'd love to encourage it in others. Seeing the life changing journey's that my clients have been on; to better health, co-ordination and movement is one of the greatest opportunities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After studying at university and seeing how fitness transformed my mental and physical health, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career that gave me the opportunity to do the same for others. The people I've met and information I've gained along my own fitness journey are an inspiration everyday to stay motivated to encourage that positivity in others.

I want to help surpass the goals you may have and am dedicated to transforming your fitness into a fun, challenging and exciting time.
