If I had to use one word to describe Maria at Colchester Sports Medicine & Physio, it would be thorough! I had been travelling with a knee injury for over five months, and despite seeing six different doctors/specialists and even having an MRI, I was still in pain, unable to walk normally down stairs, and my knee would not straighten. Maria spent over an hour diagnosing and treating my injury (which turned out to be both my knee and my lower back), and wrote a very extensive treatment plan that I could use while travelling.
