We were delighted with the professional removal of cavity wall insulation, and repairs to rendering and brickwork carried out by Alex. Alex turned up to give us an estimate as arranged. He is very polite. Straight away his knowledge of his trade shines through. He looked at our pointing, explained why the wall ties needed changing and showed the damage they were causing. We had a few builders estimate and he was by far the least pushy and easiest to deal with. We thought he would be the most expensive being a specialist company but to our surprise he was the most reasonable. We arranged for the work to be carried out about 5 months later as the weather was changing and he turned up as arranged. He completed the job within 2 days, quicker than expected. He used dust extraction so there was very little mess and he left the site clean and tidy. I have been a electrician for over 13 years and worked with alot of trades but his work is exceptional and you soon realise he has a passion for his trade. I could not recommend Alex enough. More...
