The office staff were helpful with the booking and taking detailed instructions. The worst cleaning ever. I don’t think they know the definition of hygiene. If you are hiring from this company, be sure the cleaning and hygiene tools and detergents are on you and be available and observe the whole process of cleaning since they might use dirty and damp cloth from before for cleaning. I asked for a quote on their website for a deep clean with some extra services for 1 bed 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. They went out of their way to find out I have a second bedroom, and therefore I have to pay for it. This second bedroom is used for storage, no need for cleaning and obviously I have not included it in the request. 400 quids for a 65 sqm flat and I can ask to leave out the second bedroom from cleaning but still have to pay for it. Customers are asked to postpone their cleaning session if they are unwell or self-isolating by contacting our Customer Services.
Customers may consider booking our deep cleaning or antiviral sanitisation service and let us know of suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus so that our deep cleaning experts can carry a thorough clean.
