Was initially quoted a price which stated “this price includes all work” sounded reasonable at £36.
Only found out once the work had been done that “all work” only means 2 hours. Would have rather paid for other competitors which charge around £13 an hour. I had quoted two bedrooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and living room. One of the bathrooms was left untouched as they “ran out of time”. Secondly, after initially scheduling an appointment, I was called the day before saying they are too busy and will need to reschedule. Don’t really see how me booking almost a week in advance I have to reschedule cause they have taken on too many appointments meaning I should re arrange. The guy was nice enough to reduce the price to £30 which was reasonable. Don’t think I would go this this cleaning service again due to the cloak hidden over the time and for having to reschedule due to no fault of my own.

Hi Ronan, Thanks for your feedback. When we quote a price per job, it's what we mean. The reason you're seeing 2 hours is that our scheduling system only allows us to allocate time slots in hours for our team members. Regarding the rescheduling, the other cleans we had on the day were time sensitive and couldn't be moved. Because you were only available at a specific time, it was a bit trickier for us to re-schedule but as you correctly pointed out, we did offer a further discount for the inconvenience.
