Annalize has been training me throughout my pregnancy. She is very knowledgable, great fun and I trust her completely to know what my pregnant body can and can’t handle excercise wise. She is flexible with respect to getting sessions booked in and I cannot recommend her highly enough. More...

Annelize is amazing! Both One Fit Momma and ZUU are fantastic classes. She gets involved in the exercises rather than just watching you and pushes you right to the end. The team spirit is also great

These classes are great! I’m not super fit but that doesn’t matter at all! Always lots of encouragement and lots of energy in the room! You must try it!
