I had my first session with Cassie last week and FINALLY got some relief for my 2 year old high grade ankle ligament tear which has never fully healed. Steph has been my saviour. I have had lots of different Physiotherapy over the years and been very happy but was introduced to Steph via a very kind act offering to help someone on facebook. It was very apparent to me straight away that although she has a business to run her passion is helping her clients. I had to call her initially at very short notice to help me after an accident and she has been constantly contacting me, checking me and encouraging me in my recovery. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
I'd been suffering with heel pain for quite some time, to the point I was almost in tears and could barely stand up if I'd been on my feet for any length of time.
I booked an appointment with Steph who did a thorough consultation and assessment to quickly discover the cause.
I was amazed when it actually turned out to be stiffness in my back and calves causing all the pain.
After two sessions of massage and acupuncture, followed by a check up appointment, the difference was unreal and I've had no heel pain whatsoever since.
Steph is friendly, knowledgable, highly professional and I can't thank her enough.

I've had problems with my shoulder for years. Ive had Hydrocortisone injections and other physiotherapy but nothing seemed to work.
I've now had two sessions of shock wave therapy with Steph and I can't believe the difference. Can move my shoulder pain free now. So I would definitely recommend this for anyone suffering with a long term injury.

I've been seeing Steff for over 3 years for my herniated disc and sciatica problems. She is absolutely amazing at what she does.
She targets the problem areas straight away and is clear on how many sessions she thinks is needed and never pushes for more than is required. Steff has genuine empathy for her clients. Not only does her acupuncture work but her new shockwave machine is amazing too, after just one session of acupuncture combined with the shockwave therapy my pain and discomfort decreased by around 80%.
I highly recommend her, can not express how happy with her therapy. To top it off she is an absolute darling too :)

I first visited the clinic to see Steph with neck issues I was so impressed with the treatment that I returned after suffering with sciatica. Steph diagnosed a lower back disc issue which an MRI by my doctor confirmed. I’ve recently had a course of shock wave therapy and I’ve now been pain free for over a week! My 82 year old mother found herself in excruciating pain and immobile due to a trapped nerve in her back. After misdiagnosis by 3 GPs and no option for further referral offered, Steff was able to see her quickly, diagnose where the problem was and get her moving after the first session. I firstly saw Stephanie a few weeks ago with severe back and right leg pain. I was unable to walk. She examined me and I had 2 sessions of accupuncture and a special machine to help.
Stephanie explained after my 3rd session she was concerned it was more than a slipped disk in lower back. Two days later I lost all feeling in my right side, I called Steph who quickly explained to go to a&e. That day I was rushed into surgery after having an MRI that concluded 1 disk had shattered into my spinal cord and the other disk needed fusing back. If it wasnt for Stephs quick response and professionalism I would be paralysed. I have a long road ahead but Steph will help me through. Thank you so much x. Amazing service.

Brilliant service, seeing Stephanie for knee trouble and first time a physio has actually looked to treat the symptoms as well as the injury - feeling great and getting so much more movement in my knee now without pain, easy and well structured exercises to do in between sessions to build strength too - fantastic :-)

I cannot speak too highly of the treatment, advice and help I have received from Stephanie. I was recommended to Stephanie by another very satisfied person. My foot was swollen following a broken fibula and surgery to fit a plate. After the plaster cast came off my progress was slow until I saw Stephanie.
