What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy getting to know and understanding people and love the reward of helping people make positive changes to their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the NHS and the Private Sector for many years I decided that I wanted to be able to offer the flexibility of work that organisations sometimes struggle to do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I primarily became a psychologist because I am interested in and care about people. Life can often be a very rewarding and positive experience but inevitably we encounter difficulties along the way which can have a significant impact on how we view ourselves and the world. My aim will be to help you to utilise the strengths and resources you have and identify others that could also be of value. I am trained in a number of proven therapy models which enables me to offer a flexible and personalised approach to suit you. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in a relaxed and welcoming private psychotherapy centre.
I am also accredited and recognised by a number of professional bodies including the Health Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.
