About

CK personal training is about providing elite level training for ordinary people. I believe that everyone has the innate talent to succeed; they just need to be guided, encouraged and supported along the way. That is where I come in. My goal with each client is to enable them to acquire the knowledge and confidence to change their lives inside and outside of the gym whilst achieving their main goals.

I am a level 2 gym instructor and a level 3 personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning and weight loss. It took hard work to get to where I am right now and I have a complete desire to pass on my knowledge to people who want to change or enhance their lives. The training programs that I have created cover all aspects of fitness and are tailored to achieving your goals-regardless of what they are.
