Called office and obtained a reasonable fare quote, friendly customer service, booking was dealt with promptly and courteously. Received text when driver was en-route and once driver was at location together with vehicle details. Driver was very friendly and very courteous. Quoted fare was charged, no hidden costs. After spending all my living life in Lichfield this is the only firm I would use not only have they been established 30 years but they have a great bunch of people always ready to help with your shopping and assist if u have any type of worry about vehicles they provide a fantastic wheelchair service and always deliver on time citycars is the only firm I would use

I was nervous booking a return taxi to Birmingham Airport, but with 2 young boys I wanted to take the stress away from taking a car to a car park (paying a fortune on that) and cramming everything in our small boot.
